An ordered Artprint was received which was of very poor quality. It was returned with the promise that the situation would be looked into. After several e-mails (they do not answer their phone-"just leave a message") they stopped communicating. Just no answer. They feel like they do not have to deal with a dissatisfied customer. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Florida. The company ignored their request to resolve the matter. The company showed very poor business practices. Do not deal with this company!
