False Advertisement

I've been using this wholesaler for about 1 year. This is an import store from China. They sell home decor items such as bedding, curtains, bathroom items, & various in home decorations. Mainly the southwest items. I own an online retail store, the items I sell are based on the inventory available from the wholesalers I deal with. I recently had orders to fill and showed them available on their site. The store is close to my office so I go & pick them up for faster delivery to my customers.

Once there I'm told the items were out of stock and not available until late January to February. I complained that they showed in stock per the website. Her basic response is doesn't matter it's not here & offered no time frame as to exact delivery only that that would be in sometime in late January or February. I relay this to my customers who agree and promise to keep them updated. Each time I go in I ask again when the items are expected. She then says late February to March now.

Some items listed on her site our now discontinued and not coming back. Now I have customers upset with me because this owner is not maintaining her site appropriately and is also misleading us into thinking some items will be here only to find they are discontinued. The owners attitude is poor about this situation and refuses to give any exact info on when to expect her deliveries. Very poor customer service
