I ordered Safecart on 1-23, (order #ID: MXTU-U230112-46PKG), paid it by Paypal. Then clicked on to cancel automatic annual payment, but Safecart did not accept my email as valid and could not accept my "last four digits" of credit card (since it was Paypal). It also would not accept last four digits of Paypal account. So I could not reach them. I called, but recording said to call during business hours. I will do so and hope the operator recognizes my name, email ID or other info.
