Internet & Web

When we first contacted the company the name was Captures.com, They had recently changed it from Webmarketingsource.com. The salesgirl Susan PROMISED us we would make bundles of money. We wanted to sell musical equipment, and merchandise to the public. We needed a webstore, We had recently gotten scammed by STORES ONLINE, and Susan also wanted our help in a lawsuit they had going against stores online. We were told that they would give us a SPECIAL discount for the help. Basically we were to write a letter telling what stores online did to us, and we did.

We then had Captures.com begin to build us a site. We paid $449.99 up front, after the site was completed and ready to go live, we paid another $1,750.00. After the site went live we started building our inventory and, like most people we had questions during the process. Most of the time we talked to Ashton A. And even though he wasnt good at dealing with customers (us) we were always sent to him, and after a very short time he became rude, would not return calls, would not take calls. Shortly after that he was promoted so he didn't have to deal with people anymore. About 2 years into it, Glenn Jones recommended that we upgrade our site. This cost another $500.00.

During the day to day business, the site would repeatedly not accept orders from our customers, not tell us we recieved orders, it failed to add shipping and/or sales tax at times, and captures.com "technicians" never did resolve any of the issues.

In June I had a seizure and ended up in the hospital intensive care for 2 weeks, I had severe memory loss, and walking pneumonia and it made it very hard to work the website during that time. I was in and out of the hospital repeatedly from 12 to 9 for 1-2 week periods at a time. On December 6th my wife spoke to Glenn Jones about taking the site offline TEMPORARILY, until we could operate it properly fulltime. Glenn suggested to take the site offline and stop the hosting fees and that if later we wanted to put it back online at a later date. All we had to do was call him and the hosting fee's would resume, we could set it up to sell something ELSE, but didn't like us selling what we wanted to which was musical instruments. On October 2nd 2011 I called Glenn and asked him to put the site back online, so we could resume business. His response was "no way in hell", I hesitated, made sure I heard him correctly, asked him why and he HUNG UP ON ME!

On October 25th my wife called him, and he told her we had to SIGN A NEW CONTRACT, AND HE WAS RAISING OUR HOSTING FEE TO $99.99/MO. From $39.99, Even though we had our problems with the company this SHOCKED US! So, here we are, No income, No website, and everyone say's that GLENN JONES is such a nice guy, NOT!!!
