Inc Eudora 6 - Software Rip-off! A convoluted program and even worse customer service still refuses to refund my me, even though I applied within 30 days

"This is the by far worst experience I've had with a software company. Eudora is a buggy and convoluted program and so is the way the company is run. Expect voice mail to hang up on you and email tech support to take 3 weeks. Upon discovering all of this I quickly requested a refund which I've never gotten. They emailed their "return request" form called "letter of destruction" (???) to me at an incorrect email address. Later, they got it right but when I snail mailed the form back to them they lost it and then would not refund me because it was past 30 days. Beware."
