Worst customer service I ever had, no response or refund

I bought breaks and split lines from their website. The split lines didn't match, and so I shipped them back as directed. After several year and several calls, Steve, wouldn't contact me back, or provide me a return. Brakeworld’s customer support is just managed by Steve, I really could not talk to other people. I named the Sc Lawyer General’s workplace, these were very useful, but Steve at brakeworld wouldn't contact them both. Steve is terrible, toughest customer support I ever endured, no reaction or reimbursement.
