I ordered software download from this company. They sent a link to the wrong product and the provided activation code was invalid for that product. Numerous attempts have been made to contact them by phone and live chat at both of thier websites. They have only given a couple of canned email responses that did not acknowledge the problem or address the problem. I filed a report with Microsoft, Paypal, my CC company. I will also be contacting the other companies that process payments for them.

This company is a fraud that sells pirated soft ware and has no customer service.
