Bob Miller of Adcenters Billboards is a master con man. He has created a fictitious company and fictitious characters to lure people in to buy false billboard advertising. I have done my research and he is ripping people off by lieing to them about a deal he has with Microsoft and all the major search engines. I have contacted the FBI and a report is filed. I am in pursuite of more people this guy has stole money from, dozens more will be filing this report and with the FBI.
