I ordered a downloadable product off of "www.grantdoctors.com" and did not receive anything. However, they will rip you off by not sending you the product as promised. And they will not refund you according to their refund policies stating "THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. Nor will we accept claims of missing the immediate online links that were provided to you to download your order. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY."

Do not support this company and buy their products because it is a fraud. I've called my credit card company already.
