National One Telecom, USBI rip-off! Dallas Texas

We just received a bill for $16 for a pay-per-view website supposedly from a phone line that we only use for faxes. There also is a charge on our Verizon bill for connection to this site for $7.96. I have spoken to USBI which charged the $7.96 and she is supposed to get back to me. But the whole thing reeks. These people must be stopped!
