Fraudulent use of my credit card

I requested from their site over Holiday and was informed I competent for "free shipping." that evening just thirty-one times later the charge card I'd utilized was charged to get a year of the so-called account support. They declare I'd a totally free triall that used to do not opt-out of and declined to change the costs. Complete fraud. There is no information on any free trial offer plus they shouldn't have kept onto my charge card data after purchase. They're criminals. Why might I or other people require a paid account? I created just one purchase through them from the small company merchant. Scam, basically.
