Merchandise never received from eBatts.com

I bought an upgraded iPod battery in January from eBatts.com. The merchandise wasn't in-stock plus they believed it'd be delivered out the finish of the month and that I must obtain it in March. I approached eBatts in May as product was never obtained... Where time they explained they didn't have my address as well as their factory might have merely shipped it out with my title, town and condition (but WITHOUT ANY TARGET). It is today Dec and also the product was NEVER gotten. I paid $18 for that battery, but because eBatts.com claims they have no report of the Postoffice returning the item for them as "undeliverable"... They'll just deliver me the battery I taken care of easily spend them for another battery in a reduced price.

I paid for product from eBatts.com. I never received the item. I'm reluctant to cover eBatts.com again to obtain what I previously taken care of. And, eBatts.com is reluctant to uphold their customer support... Even if it'd charge them significantly less than $10 to create it right. Not really a great organization to complete business with!
