Charge us without any authorization

Boston Logic Technology Partners has processed an unauthorized bank debit from our bank account on 12/28. When I called them asking for refund, they refused and said the charge was due to an auto renewed contract. However, we never signed the new contract, or even did not see the new contract as of yesterday 1/9. Today I got the "new contract" by email after I calling them. It was not a new contract at all. It was an old contract signed on 12/20 with an independent contractor K, who is no longer work for us a year ago.

K signed the contract and our company paid for the expenses for a one time purchase $1,200 on 1/3 for service providing for year 2011. It is right charge and they provided the service. However, they charged us the second time on 12/28 for another $1,200 for year which was claimed by them as an auto renewal from last year. Did anyone hear that a contract is auto renewal??? No one in our company was contacted for this auto-renewal and they charged us $1,200 from our bank account without any notification. This is stealing money. We ask them to refund us the money they stole. They refused.
