William Kellett Ripoff lied and tryied to con me after I bought $1,000 website from him

The individual I am reporting
is William Kellett.
About 4 months ago I purchased a website
William Kellett advertised for sale on eBay.
I paid William Kellett $1,000 for the site.
What followed shortly thereafter is a nighmare that I would wish upon nobody.

Will Kellett proceeded to lie to me on every
occassion I e-mailed him about the site.
For starters, first the website went off-line
and I e-mailed him about this, he either
told me he was going on a trip or was recovering
from an auto accident. He did everything he
could to blow me off, hoping I would just "go away"
It doesn't work like that with me though.

I never did get the website back online.
And at this point the site would have lost
any value it had when I purchased it because
the customers to the site paid for a subscription
Will setup and have not had access to it for over
4 months.

I was willing to work with Will to resolve
this issue, but he was just full of more lies.
He told me he was speaking with people
interested in buying the site, but it
never worked out, because this too was just
another lie. He even gave me the phone number
of a interested buyer as he put it, and when I
called it, it was a wrong number!
As I write this report, I am so sick of Will
and his lies that I refuse to have any further
contact with him in any way.

This is a warning to you all to watch out for
this individual because he is just one lie after another.
