Today let's look at another crook on ebay. It did't take long to find one. Ebay seller paulfrasercollectibles is selling Justin Bieber's hair that he said he got it from Bieber's charity Pencils of Promise. But the only such charity that Bieber agree to was made on The Ellen Show which Ellen donated his hair to The Gentle Barn. Here's the link to that article http://ellen.
