Ripoff! Credit Card charged, but merchandise not shipped. Las Vegas

Placed an order on May 21. Merchandise was "in stock", but repeated requests for shipping information was "not available". Sent several e-mails, with no response. NO PHONE NUMBER listed for the Company.

As of June 5th, they report "shipping information not available". I have attempted to cancel the order, but still no response!
