I'd excellent encounters TILL I purchased a weekend getaway. The resort resort wasn't ready to guide any hotels and also the voucher ended. After calling Groupon (7 occasions by mail and finally by telephone) to get a credit for that total quantity... Because it wasn't our problem... They've informed us that they'll just provide a partial reimbursement since all offers are susceptible to accessibility. Therefore the $ I invested for this weekend vacation went directly into their wallet. Since is just a fraud!!! Countless bucks eliminated! Never again. Plus they do not provide a darn about customer support or preservation!
