Our guidance to anybody considering purchasing from LovelySkin.com is BEWARE.

After I received my product (and about 14 days later) I noticed exactly the same item marketing on Beauty.com for half the cost. Normally, I requested (through email) LovelySkin.com to price-match it as their advertisement claims they are doing. They refused the demand -no description provided. I subsequently chose to return it and that is when their customer support representative began providing me AN EXTREMELY difficult time. I got a return authorization #, but additionally obtained unpleasant emails in one customer support representative particularly. She delivered mean email telling me the three free examples that I obtained w/my purchase was to be delivered w/the merchandise which easily did not, I'd be billed $4.00 for every one.

In a nutshell, should you choose to purchase from LovelySkin.com, do not expect "cost corresponding" OR "straight forward results" as promoted on the site.
