Scam me out of my money, I simply tried to cancel right after I placed the order with my credit card. They only wanted to refund 70 % of my money!

This website tried to scam me out of my money over a pair of sneakers I tried to order but then cancelled right after because I no longer needed the sneakers. They have no phone number on the website where you can contact them, so I wrote to them through there website and email. They took 2 days to get back to me and once they did they told me I would only get back 70% of my money! When I first placed the order it went from $109.00 to $ 112.55! This is after the fact I contacted the website and told them to cancel my order they ended up processing it. The biggest scammers I ever seen and since they have no phone number and are in China they feel they can play Internet/email games with you and keep trying to persuade you to buy the shoes.
