Has ripped off its customers... Criminal!

I am totally disgusted with the way Photopoint has left its customers high and dry. The least they could have done was warn us so that any photos that needed to be downloaded for preservation could be before they quit business!!! This is criminal and fraudulent. I hope a criminal lawsuit can be filed against them. Does anyone know if they filed for bancrupcy?
