I saw that this site was highly praised by people, but that is not the case. I ordered some virtual gold for a game and was able to purchase through paypal. After 24 hours, I still hadn't recieved my gold so I contacted support. It turns out that they "didnt have any in stock" and that they had to 'replenish' their stock. I said no thanks, give me a refund. The online chat support refused to refund my money, and stated that the reason for this was their 'manager was not available.'

First it started out that they didn't know where the manager was, then they decided to lie more and state that the manager was "out for a meeting." They refused to contact the manager and stated that they had no right to refund my money, even though they clearly had a 'right' to take my money when they didn't have something they were selling in stock. These people are thieves, and liars and have terrible customer service.
