Fraudulent sales, Will not refunds even on DOA items, no customer support

The first time I ever did business with these folks they stiffed me for a motherboard it took over a month to get to me. I had cancelled the order when I found out the time-table of order to delivery LONG before I ever received the product. They said per terms of sale that they could not return product which is a crock as I do business with multiple reputable systems parts providers on a daily basis who aren't crooks.

I tried one more time this past month to see if their business practices had changed. I assure you they have not. I ordered a motherboard. It finally got here in like 2 weeks. No worries this time as it wasn't time sensitive to begin with. However the motherboard was DOA (Dead on Arrival, i.E. Non-functioning, i.E. Doesn't work). I replied to their sales@rcplanetsystems.com email address to request an RMA. IT's been 10 days and no response from these people on the RMA. I'm shocked (sarcasm added). Avoid these people as they are in business to take your money and provide neither timely service or ethical customer service before during or after the sale.

Full system specs: replacing exact same model board with this one otherwise no need to know

Problem: motherboard is inoperable

RMA: Need a replacement motherboard of the exact same model # shipped out ASAP. Please provide instructions on how to return this unit. Motherboard model # GA-945GCMX-S2.

Keep in mind that this is the 2nd motherboard order we have had problems with from your company on getting adequate customer service with. If this isnt resolved in a timely and satisfactorily manner then this will be the last purchase from your company.

Received the order today, and the motherboard does not work. There are deep scratches on the underside of the motherboard. Need to exchange this item for another of the exact same motherboard or return for money back.
