I purchased a Gucci purse from e-style selections, it had been something special for my child. I settled over £300 with delivery charges the sum total found nearly £400. Whenever we obtained the carrier it had been terribly broken and upon further examination was discovered to be always a phony. I got the carrier to Gucci client solutions in birmingham who established that it had been certainly a phony but weren't permitted to place it written down. I approached e-style and informed them I needed a reimbursement however they made a decision to dismiss me. I confronted them with trading requirements and bbc watchdog, then they responded encouraging me "100% that I'd have my reimbursement in two or three times" this never occurred I maintain e mailing them-but they dismiss me. I've also approached cs@yourspay.com (who got my cost) however they also dismiss. I'm mad these individuals have taken £400 from me and it appears there's nothing I will do about this.
