Ecotech IT Solutions Appalling Developers, even worse customer service, no code, no refund of $12,000

We hired this organisaion to build a B2C website for the UK market.
Having gone significantly over the promised timescale, we started to get worried and on reviewing the quality of the code that they had developed, we were soon to see that they had absolutely no competence or integrity either in their code or in the way they work.

On numerous occasions we advised them that we were dissatisfied with the quality of their work and the time it had taken and like some deaf conmen, they had the gall to constantly demand more money. It is insane... Your work is the worst work I have ever seen and their response was always "we need you to pay more money".

They failed to follow the detailed requirements and process maps we had painstakingly developed for them and when we conducted the code review with them, they let it slip that they had not even read our requirements documents. They did not recall seeing them... Even after we resent the very same emails with the requirements and process maps to them, they continued to claim they had not seen them!

We had their work reviewed by a third party IT programming company who also acknowledged that it was poor quality work and did not resemble the requirements that had been defined.

So, after may long hours of trying to get them to do the honorable thing which was either to fix the mess they had created or give us our money back, they decided to do neither.

So they have effectively stolen $12,000.00 delivered no code and are laughing in their bunker in pune India.

Do not go anywhere near this bunch is you value your time our your money.
