I didn't receive my things after 3 weeks

3 months before I created on line purchase and purchased some garments out of this organization, used to donot obtain my issues however and so I contact for their costumer support and was really unhappy. They state that anything is okay, they do not understand why I did not obtained my issues however, and offered the guidance to hold back for 1 more month, however in their site often worldwide shipping takes 7-10 days. Okay, After I requested them the trucking number of my purchase, it seem they do not have trucking figures for worldwide deliveries, no trucking quantity, no shipping??? Really dubious. Scamers!!! Could be. Easily obtain my purchase I'll adjust my brain.
