Threats, impersonations, release of personal information

I've a merchant account with gay.com. There's a person on the website who's continuously creating threats towards different customers. He's set additional customers private information within the chat-room where everybody can easily see it. He then has compromised into people's records aswell. A number of us have remaining communications with Gay.com aka Below Press, Inc. And nothing is performed. If nothing is performed to solve this issue, our next strategy is just a class action suit from the organization and also the people concerned.
