Took $30 from my account also I had to call 1,000 times to talk to someone

I was looking for a payday loan and was turned down. As if I didn't have enough problems already, this company takes $30 out of my account. I had to call so many times to get through and talk to someone. They insisted the "application fee" was in the terms and conditions fine print. After I assured them I didn't get approved for a loan they tried to talk me into applying for more loans.

I said no I don't want anything to do with your company or "services" and that I would like to be removed from their database completely and they said they did so I will post again if its been resolved or not. I am going to close my bank account soon and get a new one just in case because you never know how many companies they give your info to. Never try to get a loan online!!!
