Nokia Promo 2011 Scam

Received a sms on the 06/12 that reads "Congratulations your cell no. Has won R 250,000. Call your claims agent to activate your ticket no: 0166p from 7am to 6pm the numbers used is 081 590 7644,079 568 5561 and 0730810157." When I phoned them I had to buy R220.00 Vodacom voucher to activate my winning ticket. Did that phoned though the voucher number. They asked how i wanted the money to be paid out to me i told them they must send it to me all good and well they told me that the courier company FEDEX will call me. I phoned them a again to find out when will the tjek be deliverd. After about 10 min I received an sms stating that i must pay a R1700.00 for the delevery to take place. After talking to him again I recieved another sms with the banking details to pay over the money. This is fraud we want this stoped prommises is being maade and nothing happens they tell you, you have won and make you all excited stop these scammers they are stealing from innocent people.
