Certificate Code Doesn't Work - No Customer Service Help

I purchased a $25 gift certificate for Sports Authority through Savemore.com. I've tried multiple times to place an order using the vouncher # they provided. No luck. I'm now contacting Sports Authority to let them know about the fraud that is going on and how it reflects on their company. I've tried emailing and telephoning Savemore.com's customer service, no response. So frustrating. This was supposed to be for my son's Christmas.
