Damage Shipment

I had purchase a foosball table from quibids when i receive the delivery it was damage so i contact them told them what happen and send them the pictures too. They contact me and told me they are working on it. After like a month they said they cannot do anything because the shipper had decline. I said i do not care about the shipper you deal with them i purchase from you so you deal with me. I spend over $1100. It's 2 month already and they said they cannot do anything please help me out.
