Still no product, no refund

"Requested an item (marketed as "accessible today" on 10/12. Mothernature.com required $49.09 from my banking account on 10/13. Though they're nevertheless marketing the product as "accessible today", they've not delivered. You can't achieve them by phone. You receive a registered msg that relates one to their site. They don't react quickly, if, to emails. They stated they couldnot vessel, but additionally couldnot stop the purchase. They ultimately decided to return my cash but declare that it might take one more 2 weeks for me personally to obtain the reimbursement "based upon how rapidly my lender procedures. I still don't have any return. I've needed to contact the Ny Department of Consumer Affairs for help. They're examining also but still no item, no reimbursement."
