I just purchased $400 worth of certificates and have not received the ecodes like promised

I simply bought $400 value of records and also have not obtained the ecodes like guaranteed. I adopted all of the directions, but haven't obtained an answer from customer support or even the ecodes as guaranteed. This isn't ok. I will revise this when they really tackle this issue.
