Ryan bair, bullseyes_videogames_collectibles video game ebay ripoff, fraudulent sale

Ryan Bair, owner of bullseyes_videogames_collectibles at ebay had sold me a jagaur system and a jagaur cd system. Total was $224.00 he was fine at first. Answered emails and phone calls. Now he wont answer his phone and emails. I dont know if he has issues or what. But i just want the stuff i paid for. I have called him over 50 times. No return calls. I am looking to result in legal action for possiable fraud and lawsuit for stealing from me. At this point and time that is what it looks like to me.

My actions are first to allow him the chance to make good of this. If he doesnt i will be filing fraud, mail fraud and theft charges as well as a lawsuit against mr, bair. I dont feel sorry either as he has frustrated me enough.
