Ripoff, no comuter, no refund, no recourse

I recived the call on 3-3-04 they took my money 3-19-04 it is now 5-6-04 and no computer no package no nothing they have moved changed the phone number and are giving me the run around i have asked for a refund now and was told that the law says they have 60 days i am going to file all the complaints i can to get them shut down. If any one has already started please contact me with a response we will get the message out. This is a scam...
