Ripoff Don't do business with GameSpy.com nor allow them to have your credit card information

I purchased a 1 year subscription to GameSpy.com and only used it a couple of times. I set my calander up a month ahead of time to send a reminder to this firm that they were not to rebill my credit card just to make sure this did not happen as this seems to be a habit with this firm.

I sent the e-mail and did not hear any response from this firm. It should be noted that I did not sign up for any auto re-billing at the time of the first subscription. On May 1 I received a bill from my credit card company stating that this firm had billed me for another year of services without my permission. I immediately contacted them via phone number that was provided but was transfered around to various voice messages finally stating that I would have to make any requests via e-mail.

I sent the required information on May 1 and received back the e-mail stating that it was not a valid address. I then left a voice mail using their company directory followed by a fax directly to the firm in Irvine, Ca. To date no response nor credit to my account. This company is known for this practice from other complaints I have read about them. Don't do business with GameSpy.com nor allow them to have your credit card information.
