I ordered two clocks from Clocksmall.com of Santa Ana, California. They stated their items shipped in 2-3 days. Two weeks later I called their number and got a computerized answer stating they were "sorry" and that they would start answering their phones at 11 A.M. Of course they never answered their phone nor did they reply to the message I was instructed to leave. I emailed them and explained my problem, that I hadn't received my merchandise, a $51 order. Of course I did not receive a reply from them.

That was when I searched the internet for scams, etc., concerning this company. There were Many complaints, all mirroring my exact experiences. One person stated someone actually answered the phone once, then was put on interminable hold. I have read there are 3 other companies with the same address in Santa Ana, California scamming people.

I contacted the Santa Ana Police Dept., which was no help whatsoever. If people were beating people over the head and stealing their $50, you can be SURE something would be done about it, but in my case, apparently they don't care and do not want to get involved in Thieves Ripping Off People all over the country!

Do not be their Next Victim!!
