Testking Ripoff Worthless Customer Support Doesn't care about customers

I bought a product through PaySystems.com about a month back. The product turned out not to be what I thought it was. Realistic Labs: 10 Labs was the description of the product. I took this to mean it was a router simulator with labs. This is what Cisco calls there simualtors and that was the product I thought I was buying.

Well after logging in once and seeing that it wasnt what I wanted I contacted PaySystems (I gave my credit card number to them) by web and requested a refund. They have it set up so you can track the process of the refund. Well I would check it and after a couple of days the request would just disappear. Thinking it was a technology error I tried again. Actually 6 times. Never received any info. So today I call them, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me unless the company I bought the product from OKs it. I say do you have a number I can reach them at? Uh, no. The guy on the other end says. I say so you let people set up accounts with you witoput providing a telephone number. We do not require it sir, he said.

I say can you send the merchant (I have already tried to contact the merchant and they do not respond) an email telling them to contact me? I can send an general inquiry but I can make them call you, he says. I say don't you have some kinda policy that tells them they have to at least attempt to resolve issues? He says yes and I say well they are not. Well that on their end he says. WHAT!!! They have a policy they don't even enforce. They have no way to get ahold of the merchant besides email, and they don't care is they resolve issues.

What kind of service are they running. I always thought the reason for going through a third party for payments is to make sure it is safe for customers. After arguing with this guy for like 15 minutes he tells he I'm sorry sir but theres nothing I can do have a good day. I say your not even trying and he says have a good day and hangs up on me. I have purchased stuff through this merchant and I'm happy with it except this little $29.99 lab. I know the money isnt anything to worry over but it is the principle of the fact I can't even use it.
