Just to add more insite on this company - opened the phone bill and there was a 12.95 charge for some e-mail thing I didn't even order, please I don't even have a computer!!!
Can we do some kind of retaliation against this company for trying to charge this fee of set up and a monthly fee??? Nice to know that our phone company Verizon lets this happen to their company? Please let me know if there is anything I can do about this!!!
