I sold on auction Ebay #3075928389. Lori Bush paid with check # 528 in the amount of $18.98. The item was sent with delivery confirmation #02805213907056495402 and was delivered on 3-1-04.

Her check bounced because she closed her bank account. She does not reply to any email, she does not answer voice mail messages. I sent her a certified letter on 3-29-04 which she signed for but still refuses to make payment.

The local police will not do anything as the value is not $500 or more. They told me "tough luck: on this one.

I have had to pay $29 dollars in bank fees, plus certified mailing fees of $5.00, plus I have lost the item as well.
