Was charged nearly $100 in shipping only to have them hold up my order for no apparent reason

Requested a lot of material for halloween 14 days before the occasion. 10 days later I named to confirm the standing since I have hadnot obtained something also it was approaching halloween. After waiting 20 units the sales person explained they did not deliver it out until 8 times following the purchase was positioned and also the shipping was not planned to reach until 10/31. He also referred towards the reality the the haze devices might not have delivered because they were originating from elsewhere and he did not visit a verification. He stated he'd check up on it and contact me back. Never heard back.

Summary: Was billed almost $100 in delivery simply to ask them to endure my purchase for no obvious cause. Probably will not get my order till after Halloween also it wont actually be considered a total purchase. All this without actually a contact providing any kind of notice.
