Eryxma, Glexicon, Joe Shiekron
Eryxma Aka Glexicon, Joe Shiekron Aka Josuee Ortiz Glexicon and in ruined Eryxma are made by same persons illegal business federal prison for wire fraud the worst company & soon going to create a history like Cyberwings did

I was hosted by Eryxma more then 1,5 year, I didn't heave any complain and i didn't know that Eryxma is in deep trouble. On April 20th I received this mail: "Effective immediately, Glexicon Communications has officially acquired the assets of Eryxma Hosting, and is in the process of transferring all client data to an exclusive colocation facility in Houston, Texas. Clients located on existing Glexicon Communications servers will remain on these servers until 20 April. All data will remain intact during the course of this migration and further, more detailed information will be distributed to current clients of Glexicon Communications and Eryxma Hosting regarding changes to addressing, procedures, and members of staff."

But after 1 week of waiting it's clear to me that I lost all my databases and my money. Not just that, I find out that Eryxma was an illegal business, runed by "Joe under-age Shiekron", AKA Josuee Ortiz (or whatever). Former employees of Eryxma, Robert Hinojosa, now employees and owner by Glexicon, knew that but they prefered to shut up about this. Patric LaCross (if that's a real name?) wrote: "I've been trying to lead this company (Eryxma) in the right direction and have been involved for over a year now in the operation and management of the company, a lot of it has been behind the scenes or in our helpdesk. Some of you know that I was also the server administrator of Cyberwings - I came on board to Eryxma shortly after Cyberwings went tits up because I was desperately seekign employment, thanks to Shawn White (currently in federal prison for wire fraud), and I've known for some time that I've made a similar mistake in choosing to partner with Joe Shiekron, who's real name is Josuee Ortiz, currently 18 years old. I sure know how to pick 'em dont I? Anyhow, he employed a fake name so as to hide any connection to his failed hosting company called Tacidblue (search WHT and you can read all about his handle "Shang").

He abandoned the responsibility towards his clients and their paid contracts when his host cut him off for excessive usage of his reseller account. He was probably 15-16 and I had no connections with him at that time, but employed with Rackshack (EV1Servers) for 18 months, followed by working at home for Cyberwings for 6 months, maintaining Shawn's servers, handling support, and setting up accounts at ridiculous prices (anybody remember the AYW's and 5x Zaps?) That was some brilliant business sense wasn't it? I was still gaining experience and did not have as much control with that company as I do here. I warned Shawn of his ridiculous business model regularly but I don't think I really realized at the time that maybe he knew what he was really doing - a quick scam operation to make money)."

S=8b02b79852509ac0250d2f4116933481&threadid=257215 I belive that I'm victim of fraud and that Glexicon is just another name for Eryxma, some kinf of by-pass company. After all, employees of Eryxma and employess of Glexicon are the same persons!

I lost both: my databases and my money. I belive I'm not the only one, after all Glexicom gives day after day promises to the owner of VPS accounts (hosted on Eryxma) that "migration is in process", that we must wait on "sWsoft to restore accounts" etc. Glexicon had no "connection" with fraud Ortiz aka Shiekron, but on April 23th Hinojosa wrote this: "During this migration, we have worked closely with Josuee Ortiz ("Joe Shiekron") of Eryxma Hosting. Much of the migration was actually performed by Josuee Ortiz, as we had gone through extensive negotiations regarding the agreement that had been made to move clients over (which involved no exchange of money). While this migration started well, several attempts at renegotiation and mishandling of clients (among other things) have prompted us to disassociate completely from Josuee Ortiz and discontinue the acquisition of clients (at least in the manner that was originally planned)." Next day this: "There is no ETA on the restoration of service for VPS clients. Software licenses were to be transferred to Glexicon Communications for Virtuozzo and HSPcomplete, but that transfer has been nullified. We have backups of most or all data and will setup an interface to request gzipped tar's as soon as possible. There are several recommendations in our forums regarding alternative providers for VPS services."

Now I'm sure that Glexicon is just another name for Eryxma. Here is what one of victims wrote:

1) Eryxma was an illegal business, run by "Joe under-age Shiekron", AKA Josuee Ortiz (or what the hell is his real name, can't trust anyone but the police right know). Wanna know why Eryxma was illegal? Ask your local friendly lawyer.

2) People who co-operated or "were employed" with him, knew that, but preferred to shut up about it. That's illegal. Personal reasons aside, that's illegal. Did I stress enough the fact that it's illegal? It's illegal. Period. Read the law.

I lost my databases and my money. I'm going to bring an action against Joe Whatever, Patric Whatever, Eryxma and Glexicon. I belive that I'm victim of a fraud and I know that I'm not the only one. I didn't ask from Glexicon money refund, I asked just access to my databases. Now I'm sure that my databases are ruined, erased and that my money is stolen. I belive also that I cann not trust ot person (owner of Glexicon, former employee of Eryxma, Robert Hinojosa). He knows that's working for under-age person with false name, I belive that's illegal. Customers didn't get any warning what's going on, so we were "siting ducks" for imposters. Because Glexicon didn't keep their promeses to VPS customers, I belive that Eryxma (under new name) just throw off VPS accounts and move on with different name but the same game: fraud! Insted Joe Shiekron aka Josuee Ortiz owner of new "compny" - Glexicon - is Robert Hinojosa (if that's hes real name at all), money was stolen by Joe Shiekron aka Josuee Ortiz (and new company perform "data migration" with him?), Robert Hinojosa heave nothing to deal with this (surprise?), old gang heave now new company and new opportunity to demage new naive customers... So belive me, if you're going to trust those guys one day you're wake up and find out that your databases are ruined, that your money was stolen (by Joe Whatever) and that you trusted to wrong poeple...
