Ripoff unauthorized charge to credit card do not know this firm internet

An unauthorized charge of $40.95 appeared on one of my credit card statements and I have no recolection or knowledge of the the parent firm of Mogul Technologies, aka Dating Playground.

I have no idea as to how they obtained the card number as I did not give it to them nor have I ever heard of either company.

This is definitely out & out fraud. To complicate matters even further they do this fraudulent billing through "My Pay Systems" and they are of absolutely NO HELP in resolving the fraud.
