Futura Monitor rebate scam less than GEM Monitor $70 rebate scam

Fry's got me on two rebate scams. Not only did I get nailed for a $40 rebate on the Futura, I also got nailed on the $70 GEM Monitor rebate promotion. Fry's is the real loser. Shame on them for continuing to promote rebates for the same products, creating further unfair situations for additional "unaware" and innocent custumors. I will not shop at Fry's again until I have received each rebate. I can not spread any good rumors about this retailer that doesn't have any concern for its customers. This seems like class action law suit material to me, both the manufacturer and the retailer for perpetuating the scam (s).
