Totally terrible. After-sales group were rude and patronizing. Requested drop for spouseis medical materials and was handed 7-10 days shipping screen. Sent on day 8 to discover if your shipping was impending and didnt get a reaction. Called on day-12, (10 business days) and was subjected to to some lady who talked right down to me and desired to 'depend' out just how many operating days there have been from day of purchase 5th March to 17th October.
