I have tried cancelling this three times, and have now had to cancel my debit card, in order to get the charges to stop. I did speak with someone right after the first charge, and she said it would be refunded, to no avail. My bank has filed a fraud dispute. I got back two of the three charges, but, not without a lot of hassle! Now i am inconvenienced again, waiting for 8 days for a replacement card.
