Has Done it Again! They've Left Us With No Notice/Explanation!

We've been with Photopoint for about 3 yrs. And last yr. Had paid the fee just before they were down in July for 5 days with no notice or explanation. We stayed with them because we had all our photos there. Now, it's Dec. And the same thing has happened... They disappeared without a trace and no way to contact them! This is outrageous after collecting fees!

We have (had) over 840 photos stored there and many hours of work that is now lost. The morning they disappeared, Dec. 14th, there was another email in our box advertising their site. It seems like they could have sent emails forwarning their customers of what was to come. There is NO EXCUSE for this and I'm certain it's affected thousands of users.

If and when they come back, (new owners or not) we will NOT be one of their customers after what they have done to us!!!
