About 2 or 3 months ago I had ordered some remanafactured printer cartridges (black and color) from SimplyBargains.com in South Florida. They arrived in about 4 or 5 days because I requested ground shipping. Well the first suprise was that the black cartridge was not printing, I tried wiping water and alcohol on the bottom and after that the ink came gushing out. So I wrapped it up and emailed customer service. One week went by then I called and left a message for customer service on the voicemail.

No return calls after a week, now I am calling and asking for the manager and he is always in a meeting. They finally take my information and I get the proper RMA# and I send it back for a replacement. It was been gone one month and I hear nothing. Finally the manager calls and gets my voicemail and I call him back but it is too late. I leave him a message and he calls me back in a couple of days. I explain to him what happened and he seems very willing to help. I explained to him that I followed the correct procedures for an RMA and I still have not received my exchange.

After this about two more weeks go by and I still have not received my exchange. I end up calling them on a daily basis and they know who it is everytime. I finally just have to beg and plead with them to send me a replacement cartridge. I get one about four days later and now this one does not work at all. I tested my color cartridge in the black side and it printed so I knew it was not my printer. I finally just throw my hands up and ask them to issue me a credit for the black cartridge. Which they did issue the credit in a few days.

Now last night I really really needed to print something, so I ran a cartridge cleaning test on the color cartridge and only the red and blue printed NO YELLOW!!! So I had to run to Walmart and I was going to try and get their brand of remanafactured cartridges but they did not have one for my model printer. So I had to purchase brand new cartridges. It is too late now to even try and get credit on the color cartridge. Never buy anything from these people.
