Ripoff I paid 24.95 for music site and was ripped off

I paid 24.95 for this music site that offered free downloads. I have never been able to access the site nor ever even get to use it once. Me and everyone else who paid for this site should be entitled to a complete refund and / or compensation for this rip off. When a company charges for services and services are not rendered then the honest way to do business is to issue refunds. If I do not receive a refund on my creditcard then I want these people punished by law.
