Crucial Enterprises is a ripoff! I hired this guy to clean up my laptop, a hand-me-down from my dad. Two days later he gives me a different laptop that was in nowhere near as good condition. The one he gave me does not work properly. When I challenged him, he said it was my word against his. He is a thief!
