PromoProcess Rebates
Promoprocess Rebates Processing Ceter is a Fraud

Internet & Web

I bought a Fantom GForce HD from buy.com that offers $20 mail-in-rebates. I filed the online rebate form, sent the original copies of my Buy.com invoice and all other required items, including UPC code/Part No/SN number cut off the retail box. PromoProcess is the company that process these rebates and I found out later that they rejected my rebates due to invoice issue including name and address not match. What a lame excuse! There are many similar issues after I google the internet and Promoprocess is clearly a scam operation trying to steal money from as many people as possible. I have sent an inquiry to Buy.com and told them I will never buy another item if the rebate is processed through PromoProcess!
